Every step of Jinhai's growth is inseparable from the tireless efforts and challenges faced by our Jinhai Iron Army; and it is also impossible without the silent dedication and support of every family member behind the scenes. It is you who take care of the family, handle daily chores, tolerate your loved ones' long hours of work and absence from home, and maintain the stability of each little home, allowing the hardworking people at Jinhai to let go of their worries and fully devote themselves to work, and pursue their dreams with peace of mind. In 2026, we have set the annual business theme of "Integration towards New Era - Smart Efficiency Year", striving towards digitalization, green and low-carbon, and high-end product development. Tonight, sitting in front of the computer, just like before, I report the situation of the past year to all of you.

In 2025, the "Digital Jinhai + Digital Hongyi" dual industrial cluster was formed, filling the gap in deep processing and polishing the "Jinhai Made" high-end quality brand; in November last year, the 7# and 8# docks of Wuzhou Port Daliujiu operation area started construction, implementing the maritime launch of the two Guangdong provinces' cooperation.

In 2026, the flue gas waste heat power generation project was initiated; the low-carbon refining technology transformation project was completed and put into operation, the dual-position VOD refining line was implemented, achieving simultaneous improvement in production quality and low-carbon level; the ultra-low emission was consolidated and improved, the steel slag treatment and dust removal system technology transformation was completed, continuously consolidating the foundation of a green factory.

At the same time, we continuously refine the "Jinhai Intelligent Body", build a smart brain integrating computing power, data, and models, and implement the business model of "human leadership, AI empowerment"; complete the iterative upgrade of the Huawei ecosystem mushroom IoT equipment management system; collaborate with the government, schools, enterprises, and associations to build platforms and conduct intelligent manufacturing skills training, carefully cultivating the "Jinhai Craftsmen" of the new era.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of all the Jinhai people, this year we have received many significant honors: typical experience of China's quality benchmark, national case of enterprise digitalization and green transformation, 9th place in the list of 100 Guangxi Private Manufacturing Enterprises, 11th place in the list of 100 Guangxi Private Manufacturing Enterprises, Guangxi Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement, Guangxi Science and Technology Progress First Prize, the first batch of excellent cases of "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing", Hongyi Smart Workshop, etc. Each honor is soaked with the sweat of the team members, and it is the results they achieved by working hard in ordinary positions! Here, we deeply pay tribute to our respected and lovely Jinhai Iron Army!

Of course, we are also clearly aware that the stainless steel industry is still in a difficult bottoming-out period, with significant fluctuations in raw material prices, fierce market competition, external demand pressure, and many peers struggling to survive in difficult circumstances. Jinhai cannot remain aloof either. The market waves rise and fall, testing the determination of every enterprise, but the more turbulent and unstable it is, the more we need to have confidence, because Mr. Wang and I know that behind 1000 Jinhai employees are the expectations of 1000 families for their livelihoods. This responsibility, we always keep in mind!

The external environment cannot be controlled, so we seek within and toughen our internal skills. Deepen lean management, reduce losses and increase benefits; promote AI to truly take root in the production site; tackle high-end new materials, break away from homogeneous competition; adhere to green innovation; rely on the advantages of the port on the coast to strive towards the sea. The trough is an opportunity for accumulation and strength, and the hardship is a sharpening stone for the team. The Jinhai Iron Army has always not feared the wind and rain, and the more adversity, the more upward and breakthrough power it can unleash. This is also the key competitiveness that enables us to survive until now.
