On June 17th, the 2026 National Conference on Green Development of Private Enterprises was held in Haikou City, Hainan Province. The conference announced the list of enterprises selected for the "2026 Enterprise Digitalization, Greenization, and Synergistic Transformation and Development Case". The project of Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., a vice-chairman enterprise of the Wuzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, "Building a Four-Dimensional Synergistic Closed Loop for Quality, Energy Efficiency, Emissions, and Supply Chain through an Artificial Intelligence Project", was successfully selected as one of the 50 national cases. It is also the only enterprise from Guangxi to be selected.

The "2026 Enterprise Digitalization, Greenization, and Synergistic Transformation Case Studies" released this time was jointly collected by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Cyberspace Administration of China. Its aim is to promote the digital transformation and green low-carbon development of the economy, guide enterprises to grasp the development trends of intelligence, greenness, and integration, and focus on exploring and publicizing advanced practices of enterprises' digital and green synergy transformation. In recent years, our city has closely followed the deployment of cultivating new quality productive forces and building a modern industrial system, actively guiding private enterprises to promote digital and green synergy transformation, and helping the industrial revitalization and quality improvement of private enterprises in the city. This time, Jinhai Company was able to stand out among the numerous participating enterprises across the country. This not only recognizes the achievements of Jinhai Stainless Steel's transformation but also showcases the practical effectiveness of our city's private enterprises in green innovation, low-carbon technological transformation, and digital and green integration, setting a benchmark for the green and low-carbon development of private enterprises. 

It is known that Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and is located in the Stainless Steel Industrial Park of Changzhou District. It mainly engages in the smelting and subsequent processing of high-quality stainless steel. Its products have been included in the category of key basic materials for national strategic emerging industries. It is a group enterprise that adopts a short-process steelmaking method and has a strong comprehensive strength, ranking among the top in the national stainless steel industry. In recent years, this enterprise has relied on the intelligent factory framework, deeply integrated big data and artificial intelligence algorithms, to create the "Jinhai Intelligent Body" large model, and build a full-chain intelligent control system covering the entire production process and integrating "perception - decision - execution - collaboration". It breaks the isolated islands of traditional intelligent systems and realizes the intelligent control of the entire process from raw material entry, production manufacturing to finished product out and industrial chain collaboration, forming a four-dimensional collaborative closed loop of quality, energy efficiency, emissions, and supply chain. Since the implementation of the project, the core equipment of the entire production line has been intelligently networked and transformed, with the networking rate reaching 100%, the automatic collection rate of production data reaching 99.8%, and the coverage rates of 4 items such as AI quality inspection achieving 100%. Through the intelligent control of the entire process digitalization, the production efficiency has increased by 22%, the quality of stainless steel products has improved to 99.6%, the process iteration cycle has been shortened by 70%, the unplanned downtime of equipment has decreased by 65%, the order delivery cycle has been shortened by 32%, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product has decreased by 8.7%, the utilization rate of solid waste resourceization has increased to over 99%, reaching the industry benchmark level, and providing full-chain support for the industry's digitalization and green collaboration transformation, creating an industry-leading "AI + Manufacturing" benchmark enterprise.
