On May 15th, a batch of over 1,000 tons of recycled alloy steel raw materials from Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhai Company") were successfully released after being inspected and qualified by the Wuzhou Customs officers at the Li Jiazhuang Port. This marked the official launch of the first batch of recycled alloy steel processing trade business in Guangxi, injecting new momentum into the strengthening and upgrading of the circular economy chain and the expansion of foreign trade in Wuzhou.

"For the new model of processing trade involving imported recycled alloy steel raw materials, Wuzhou Customs has optimized the supervision process, simplified the procedures for filing the processing trade manual, and established a full-process closed-loop supervision mechanism covering 'import of raw materials verification - supervision during production process - export of finished products for verification and clearance'. This mechanism strictly adheres to the regulatory bottom line while enhancing the customs clearance efficiency." Liang Siya, the deputy director of the Inspection Department of Wuzhou Customs, explained. So far this year, Wuzhou Customs has processed a total of 3 processing trade manuals for Jinhai Company. 

In recent years, enterprises have been continuously expanding their foreign trade markets and have a strong demand for bonded processing of imported recycled raw materials and efficient customs clearance services. Based on the local industrial development positioning and the actual needs of enterprises, our city has precisely identified the pain points and difficulties in the development of enterprises and provided proactive services and targeted measures. At the same time, Wuzhou Customs organized business experts to conduct on-site explanations in enterprises, accurately interpreting the bonded policies of processing trade and import and export supervision standards, providing one-on-one guidance for enterprises to standardize their declarations and operate in compliance, and efficiently solving the actual problems encountered by enterprises in business processing and customs clearance operations. 

The high-quality business environment and precise regulatory services have effectively stimulated the vitality of enterprises' foreign trade development. According to the data, since the beginning of this year, Jinhai Company has cumulatively imported and exported 323 containers of goods, with a year-on-year increase of 170%. The business scale has achieved a leapfrog growth, and the resilience of foreign trade development has continued to strengthen.
