On May 8th, Ms. Lin Jianyun, the principal of Pinglang Primary School, along with her students, visited the modern production area of Jinhai Stainless Steel. They participated in an interesting industrial study tour activity titled "Exploring Digital Intelligence in Jinhai and Understanding the Steel Spirit". In the real production environment, they had the opportunity to closely experience Jinhai's digital strength and completed a fulfilling extracurricular growth journey! 

Ms. Lu Yanxian, the general manager of Jinhai Stainless Steel, warmly welcomed Principal Lin Jianyun of Pinglang Primary School and the teachers and students. She hoped that everyone would gain two kinds of growth during this study tour. First, by using their eyes to observe Jinhai's advanced intelligent equipment and production processes, they could experience the power of digital intelligence. Second, by putting their hearts into experiencing Jinhai's three major cultures - "campus culture, military culture, and hometown culture", they could feel the influence of culture. 

And I would like to offer three words of advice to the students: First, learn to ask questions actively, maintain a curious mind, and in the process of seeking knowledge, accumulate wisdom and achieve growth. Second, to have a worldview, you must observe the world. Reading thousands of books is not as good as traveling thousands of miles. Only by going out can you see growth. Third, choose the things you love, persist in doing them to the utmost, and one day you will achieve a stronger and better self.

Learn while walking, think while observing, grow while experiencing! Under the guidance of the instructors, the students correctly put on their safety helmets and transformed into energetic "little industrial explorers". 

With great curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, the students successively entered the 1050mm fully continuous rolling green production line, the intelligent centralized control center, and the 120 million-ton stainless steel solution green production line, to observe the manufacturing process of stainless steel from raw materials to finished products! 

The engineers were present throughout the process, giving detailed explanations and thoroughly breaking down each production step. They also explained industrial knowledge, equipment principles, and production processes. The students listened attentively, observed carefully, and asked questions actively, gradually solving their doubts about "how steel is made". 

Decode Digital Gold Sea 

By watching the two documentaries "Steel Made This Way" and "Impression of Jinhai", the students once again experienced the wonderful journey of stainless steel production in an immersive way. 

The stunning visual effects and realistic production scenes fully demonstrate the magnificent transformation of stainless steel from raw material to finished product. Each iteration and upgrade of the process, as well as every technological innovation breakthrough, embodies the wisdom and sweat of the Jinhai Iron Army, and also ignites the boundless enthusiasm of the new generation of youth for industry! 

Jinhai Stainless Steel Mini-Classroom 

Love and wisdom - the more shared, the more gained! During the sharing session, the students, with their simple and innocent words, recounted what they had seen, heard, thought and felt during the study tour. In their writings, there was an overwhelming sense of awe towards the steel craftsmanship. 

The stainless steel knowledge quiz session further enhanced the learning atmosphere. The students focused intently, their minds working rapidly. They all raised their hands enthusiastically and actively participated in the answering. In a relaxed and enjoyable environment, they consolidated their knowledge about stainless steel, gained knowledge, experienced joy, and achieved growth! 

In the face of the students' imaginative and free-thinking "a million questions", the engineers Jin Hai patiently answered their questions and clarified their doubts. Using simple and understandable language, they transformed the abstract industrial knowledge and professional principles into something easy to understand, vivid and interesting. Through the questions and answers, the students broadened their knowledge! 

Digital and intelligent growth, promising future. 

The young people have great aspirations and their future is full of possibilities! This educational trip has come to a successful conclusion, but the learning journey has never stopped. Every observation, every question raised, and every insight gained are precious experiences on the road of life!
