In the Assembly Workshop 1 of China Shipbuilding Group South China Marine Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhang Yu, a Wuzhou master craftsman and electrical technician, is concentrating on his work. With his hands moving deftly and precisely among the wires, he ensures that each wire is installed firmly and connected correctly, meticulously guaranteeing the safety and quality of the production process with his professional skills.

In the production workshop of Guangxi Shengguan Collagen Bio-Group Co., Ltd., Li Zhiyong, the recipient of the Wuzhou May 1st Labor Medal and the head of the Information Department, meticulously examined the efficiency of the collaboration between technical workers and robots. The information integration system he led his team to build is now being put into use at the production front line, significantly enhancing the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise. 

In the traditional tea-making workshop of the Intermediate Vocational School in Cangwu County, Yu Chunyan, the leader of the "Sixguapu Tea Master Expert Studio" of the local cultural brand "Eightgui", transformed the traditional tea-making techniques into vivid and tangible practical experiences in the classroom, quietly planting the seeds of craftsmanship and creative spirit in the hearts of the young students... 

From maintaining the safety bottom line with a single skill, to building the foundation of intelligent production with professional technology, and then to spreading the seeds of cultural continuity with meticulous craftsmanship, technicians in all industries are leveraging their professional skills to empower an industry or a field to develop in a positive, upward, and innovative direction.

Over the years, Wuzhou City has focused on optimizing the skill talent structure based on the industrial layout, adhered to diversified paths for skill talent cultivation, and promoted the "harmonious resonance" between skills training and economic development, driving a "bursting growth" of high-skilled talent teams. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the city has cultivated a total of 70,100 skilled talents, among whom there are 8,243 high-skilled talents. The growth rate of skilled talent cultivation has increased by 6.9% year-on-year. As of now, Wuzhou City has established 13 skill masters' studios and high-skilled talent training bases at all levels, and the total number of skilled talents in the city has reached 266,000.

On April 28th, Wei Xin was inspecting the operation and safety of the lines. Wei Xin is the deputy station chief of the 500kV Hezhou Substation of the Ultra-High Voltage Wuzhou Bureau's Substation Management Office. He has been working on the power grid front line for 17 years, deeply engaged in his job, adhering to the spirit of a craftsman, leading the implementation of several key projects, eliminating major accident risks in the main power grid structure, leading the construction of smart grids, and promoting the improvement of labor productivity and quality. On April 27th, at the Middle Vocational School in Cangwu County, Yu Chunyan was teaching students how to select tea. Yu Chunyan is a teacher of the Tea Production and Processing specialty at this school, and she is also the leader of the Expert Workstation for the Sixboug Tea Craft Labor Brand.
