Lesson 8 focuses on PLC programming and the core skills of industrial robots, precisely aligning with the practical operation requirements of intelligent manufacturing positions! The instructor, drawing on their rich industry experience and practical operation cases, breaks down and explains in detail, step by step, from programming logic, equipment maintenance techniques, to robot operation norms and emergency handling methods. In the class, the students listen attentively, ask questions actively, and master the core essentials of PLC programming and maintenance, as well as industrial robot operation. They effectively convert theoretical knowledge into practical skills, laying a solid foundation for their subsequent job responsibilities! 

As the concluding lesson of the training, the ninth lesson focused on the practical operation of intelligent production lines and quality control, targeting and striving for excellence! The course centered around two key contents: the operation and maintenance of intelligent production lines and the intelligent quality control system for continuous rolling lines. By combining with the actual operation scenarios of Jinhai production lines, it guided the trainees to deeply integrate the learned skills with their job positions. In the practical operation环节， the trainees responded calmly and operated in a standardized manner， completing each practical task strictly in accordance with the teaching requirements. They mastered the skills of production line maintenance and quality control methods， tested their learning outcomes in actual situations， filled in the gaps in their skills， and achieved a comprehensive leap from understanding theory to proficient practical operation. This marked the successful conclusion of the training！
