Recently, the sixth and seventh lessons of the intelligent manufacturing training program for Jinhai Stainless Steel Hongyi Materials (an empowerment project of government-school-enterprise cooperation jointly promoted by the Wuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wuzhou Vocational College, and Jinhai Stainless Steel) have targeted efforts and improved efficiency, further promoting the skill advancement of all trainees and gathering a strong synergy for everyone to study diligently and promote development together! 

The sixth lesson focuses on the theoretical breakthrough of digital and intelligent skills. Special guest, Ms. Huang Xiaofang from Wuzhou Vocational College, will deliver the theoretical course "Fundamentals and Operating Specifications of Digital and Intelligent Heat Treatment Processes". By analyzing typical process cases, she will break down the key and difficult points of the knowledge, clarify the clear process logic framework, and enhance the theoretical foundation and standard awareness of the trainees! 

The seventh lesson focuses on the dual improvement of practical operation and theoretical deepening. It is taught by Vice Factory Director Jin Haixi and Su Kun. The course covers the operation and practical operation of intelligent thermal treatment furnaces, the theory of intelligent thermal treatment furnaces, the control and maintenance of green and intelligent environmental protection equipment. Through repeated practice and tackling problems step by step, each participant will be able to operate proficiently and accurately identify issues, achieving a simultaneous improvement in theoretical knowledge and practical skills. 

As one of the first batch of key training projects for the cooperation among the government, schools and enterprises, the training was initially implemented and steadily progressed with Hongyi New Materials as the benchmark. Subsequently, this will be used as a model to gradually expand and cover all workshops and the entire production line. At the same time, based on the previous teaching experience, the training materials will be continuously optimized and improved to ensure full coverage of skill empowerment. This will ensure that there are no blind spots in the learning and growth process, that the training content becomes more mature, more in line with the actual job requirements, and more suitable for the needs of the Jinhai Iron Army!
