In recent days, the fourth and fifth lessons of the intelligent manufacturing training program for Jinhai Stainless and Hongyi New Materials (a project of government-school-enterprise cooperation training empowerment jointly promoted by the Wuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wuzhou Vocational College, and Jinhai Stainless) have continued to make progress and accelerate their pace! All the trainees have strived to acquire knowledge through diligent study and strengthened their abilities through practical operations. They have been deeply cultivating in the fertile soil of digital and intelligent skills, fully demonstrating the pragmatic and enterprising, and meticulous and striving attitude of the Jinhai team! 

Skill is refined through practice, and success comes from action! The fourth lesson was delivered by Vice Factory Director Jin Haixi and Su Kun. It focused on the core needs of the position, covering two core modules: the operation and theory of intelligent thermal treatment furnaces, and the control and maintenance of green and intelligent environmental protection equipment. It balanced theoretical depth with practical effectiveness. 

During the lecture, Mr. Su, drawing on his many years of practical experience in the production line, transformed the complex technical points into simple and understandable practical steps. He guided the trainees step by step on how to operate properly, helping them quickly master the essence of equipment operation and achieving a two-way improvement in theoretical knowledge and practical ability! 

School and enterprise working together, craftsmen and learners moving forward together! In the fifth lesson, Huang Xiaofang from Wuzhou Vocational College is specially invited to give a lecture. The focus is on the basic theory and operation of digitalized heat treatment processes. By combining practical cases in production, the key and difficult points in the process flow are analyzed. This helps trainees clarify the process logic and master the operation norms. 

The mentors, with their solid professional knowledge and rich experience, use simple and understandable language to answer the questions and solve the doubts of the trainees. They make the classroom closely connect with the front line, helping the trainees transform the learned knowledge into practical operational abilities at their work positions. They truly achieve the integration of learning and application, and apply what they have learned!
