On March 2nd, Jinhai Stainless Steel held the onboarding training for the first batch of technical reserve backbone for the 2026 graduating class. The outstanding students from Wuzhou University, carrying their ideals and shoulders the mission, after going through multiple rounds of selection, officially joined the Jinhai family! 

Leadership Address

Pu Zhongting, the Human Resources Director of Jinhai Stainless Steel, delivered the opening speech for this training. He extended the warmest welcome to the new technical reserve backbone members and shared the three core cultures of Jinhai with the young students. Firstly, the campus culture: Jinhai has always adhered to the growth philosophy of "improving by 1% every day", and has been striving to build a learning organization and a teaching-oriented team. It provides a broad growth platform for every young person with dreams, helping them smoothly shed their campus naivety and complete the transformation and elevation from a newcomer to an industry expert. Secondly, the military culture: Taking the Jinhai Iron Army as the spiritual benchmark, it adheres to the excellent style of "coming when called, capable of fighting when called, and victorious when called", with results-oriented and performance-based evaluation. As long as everyone dares to take responsibility, is courageous in tackling challenges, and is good at creating value, they can obtain competitive salary packages, clear career promotion paths, and professional skills improvement support, helping students achieve the two-way pursuit of personal growth and career development, and growing together. Thirdly, the family culture: It always cares about the physical and mental health and quality of life of every Jinhai family member. Through various colorful cultural activities such as birthday parties, festival games, talent competitions, and sports competitions, it builds a collective atmosphere of mutual tolerance, mutual assistance, and warmth and harmony, making the Jinhai family the most solid support and the warmest harbor for every Jinhai person. 

Finally, Director Pu encouraged all the young talents to cherish the opportunity to study at Jinhai, seize the job opportunities, be down-to-earth, devote themselves to in-depth research, be realistic and pragmatic. Corporate Culture Training 

The training screened two documentaries, "Impression Jinhai" and "Steel is Made This Way". Through a series of precious images and touching moments, it presented the remarkable achievements of Jinhai since its establishment, allowed the students to experience the down-to-earth, enterprising and innovative spirit of the Jinhai people, and strengthened their determination to stay in Jinhai and strive for success. 

Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise's development and the bond that unites people. The Human Resources Department, based on core elements such as the enterprise's development history, core culture, rules and regulations, and development vision, conducts comprehensive and in-depth corporate culture training for the students. Through culture, it guides their growth and helps them establish correct career and value perspectives, laying a solid ideological foundation for them to excel in their positions and fulfill their duties in the future! 

Safety Production Education 

Safety is the foundation, and the alarm should never cease! The Safety and Environmental Protection Department, in light of the actual development of the industry and the production characteristics of the enterprise, has conducted company-level safety education for the students. They systematically explained the enterprise's safety management system and the safety operation norms for each position. Through the analysis of typical cases, they guided the students to internalize the safety awareness in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, strictly adhering to the safety bottom line and building a solid safety defense line! 

Industry knowledge lecture 

Professional capabilities are the foundation for one's position and the key to achieving growth. The training specially invited two technical experts, Mr. Liu and Mr. Su, to give special lectures to the students, explaining basic knowledge of stainless steel, equipment technology, and automatic control, etc. The experts, drawing on their years of practical experience, presented the content in an easy-to-understand manner, citing various examples and references. They not only provided theoretical depth but also practical depth, guiding the students to think actively and communicate freely, laying a solid professional foundation for their future job performance! 

Workshop visit and learning 

The students strictly followed the safety operation procedures and, along the designated routes, closely observed the five production lines - oxygen production, steelmaking, hot rolling, acid washing, and cold rolling - to learn the entire production process of the enterprise. 

We have truly experienced the meticulous and striving spirit of the Jinhai people, pursuing excellence. This has further deepened our understanding of the enterprise's production and operation as well as product quality. It has also stimulated our sense of responsibility and mission to focus on our posts and strive to build the enterprise.

The onboarding training for the technical reserve backbone of the 2026 batch has been successfully concluded. This further helps facilitate the transformation of roles.
