Speech by General Manager of Wuzhou Jinhai

Dear Sister Juan, President Wang, beloved Jinhai family members:

Good afternoon, everyone!

As time moves forward, we keep striving. The year 2026 has already begun. Today, we gather to review the achievements and growth of 2025, and solemnly honor the outstanding role models who emerged during the year. At this moment, my heart is filled with gratitude and pride, as well as boundless expectations for the future!

No effort is ever wasted; success is forged through perseverance. The year 2025 was a crucial year for the Jinhai Iron Army to implement the strategy of “Return to Zero, Strive for Growth” and take “Renewal, Restart & Intelligent Innovation Year” as the business theme. Faced with industry changes and market challenges, we did not retreat. Instead, we broke through with fearless courage and laid a solid foundation for high-quality development through hard work. Every step forward of Jinhai this year has been firm and powerful, and every achievement has been inspiring!

After thousands of trials and hardships, we finally achieve true success. This year, we overcame difficulties and reached new heights in intelligent manufacturing: the Hongyi 18-stand cold rolling production line was successfully put into full operation, once again setting a new benchmark for industry efficiency. This year, we worked intensively and continuously enhanced our brand influence: our reputation as “Guangxi Chain Leader” and “Guangxi Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark” has grown brighter. We successfully obtained the three-star certification for digital transformation from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and were shortlisted in the “List of Typical Experiences of China Quality Benchmarks”, with our strength recognized at the national level. This year, we strived for excellence and steadily improved our industry position: ranking 9th among Guangxi Private Manufacturing Enterprises and 11th among Top 100 Guangxi Private Enterprises, demonstrating our responsibility with strength. This year, we planned for the long term and continuously improved the industrial chain: building a dual-cluster layout of “Wuzhou Jinhai + Hongyi New Materials” to achieve in-depth coverage of the entire industrial chain. This year, we stayed true to our original aspiration and maintained distinctive green development: launching ultra-low emission and waste heat power generation projects, making low-carbon environmental protection a prominent symbol of Jinhai’s high-quality development…

These remarkable achievements are not accidental luck, but the results of every Jinhai family member’s hard work, wisdom, and responsibility. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and highest respect to every hardworking and dedicated member of the Jinhai family!

During the year’s journey, a number of outstanding individuals and teams stood out. They stood at the forefront, strived for excellence, pursued perfection on the production front, overcame difficulties in technological innovation, took practical responsibility in operation and management, and provided warm service to customers. They interpreted the Jinhai Spirit with actions and proved their value with performance. They are the banners of the Jinhai Iron Army charging forward and role models for all of us! Today, we solemnly commend them, not only to affirm past achievements but also to set examples and gather strength. Let us extend our warmest congratulations to all award-winning individuals and teams with enthusiastic applause!

By emulating excellence, we can move forward steadily. The power of role models lies not only in their achievements but also in their inspiring spirit of struggle, innovation, and responsibility. I hope all Jinhai family members will take role models as examples, strive for excellence, turn respect into motivation, and pursue excellence in their respective positions—surpassing role models and becoming new benchmarks!

Looking back, we are full of confidence; looking forward, we are full of hope. In 2026, we will follow the Group’s strategy of “March Forward with Innovation, Dance with AI”, focus on three key goals, and implement the strategies of “AI Empowerment, Innovation-driven Development, Budget Management, and Integrated Development”. Taking “Integration & Innovation, Intelligent Efficiency Year” as the theme, we will focus on goals, ensure implementation, integrate data and platforms, cross-border cooperation to improve weaknesses, promote industrial integration, and break through into differentiated, technology-driven, and intelligent new tracks. We will enhance efficiency through technology and digitalization, and strive to build the “Jinhai Intelligent Entity”.

The road ahead is long, but success awaits those who persist. On the new journey, opportunities and challenges coexist, but Jinhai people never fear challenges. We are good at creating certainty amid uncertainty and seizing opportunities in crises. As long as we maintain the spirit of striving, the courage to pioneer, and the determination to act, unite as one and work hard, there will be no difficulties we cannot overcome and no goals we cannot achieve!

As the Spring Festival approaches, on this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of the company, I would like to extend my sincere New Year greetings to all Jinhai family members! Wish you a happy New Year, a happy family, good health, and all the best!

Finally, let us stand side by side with one heart and one mind, empower hard work with AI, fully engage in our cause, gather strength, and write a new chapter of high-quality development for Jinhai Stainless Steel!

Thank you all!
