Unite your efforts and hone your skills. With perseverance and unwavering dedication, on February 7th, the third lesson of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Training for Jinhai Stainless Steel Hongyi Materials" (a project of government-school-enterprise cooperation training empowerment jointly promoted by the Wuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wuzhou Vocational College, and Jinhai Stainless Steel) was held with great enthusiasm. All the trainees embarked on a new round of skill improvement journey with a vibrant spirit and a pragmatic learning attitude, fully demonstrating the vigorous and enterprising demeanor of the "Jinhai Iron Army" in diligent learning and hard training! 

Study diligently and practice frequently to enhance skills, and through practical operations, promote improvement! This round of training focuses on practical teaching on intelligent production line operation and maintenance, as well as intelligent quality control systems for continuous rolling lines. The classroom is brought to the front line, connecting with the actual production and operation of Jinhai, based on the skill requirements of the trainees' positions. It trains new practical skills in intelligent manufacturing and cultivates new abilities for job performance, allowing trainees to grow through learning and achieve success through practice! 

School and enterprise join hands, mutually empowering, jointly nurturing skilled talents! The training is guided and taught by Professor Yang from Wuzhou Vocational College, Mr. Chen Xinhua from Jinhai Acid Washing Factory, and Mr. Su Kun from the factory. Professor Yang, drawing on his professional knowledge and rich industry experience, closely focuses on the two core topics, explains the key points of theory, concentrates on the practical operation difficulties, guides the trainees to conduct standardized operations, helps the trainees clarify their thinking, and promotes the efficient transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical operational ability! 

The mentors from both the school and the enterprise, based on the actual production line conditions of the enterprise, combined with their own many years of teaching and on-site operation experience, personally demonstrated and patiently explained. Using simple and understandable language and vivid real-life cases, they answered the questions raised by the trainees, guiding the trainees to integrate the learned skills with on-site operations, effectively enhancing practical operation ability and emergency response capability, achieving the goal of "learning immediately and applying it immediately, seeing results immediately!"
