Since the fourth quarter, every county (city, district) and industrial park in Wuzhou has been brimming with the enthusiasm of making a final push. With a sense of urgency that time waits for no one, they are striving to achieve the annual goals and painting a picture of vigorous progress for the successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan with practical actions.

The project construction is accelerating. At the site of the comprehensive recycling and deep processing project of Ruiyi, which processes 90,000 tons of antimony and zinc-containing materials annually, in Wuzhou Lingang Economic Zone, the steel structure frame unfolds like a huge net. Large machinery precisely lifting components, and the roar of the machines interweave with the busy figures of the workers, gradually welding the blueprint into the texture of the park.

Since the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan, such a bustling construction scene has been seen everywhere: Our city has been fully committed to promoting the commissioning of major industrial projects such as Chiji Steel, Jianhui Paper Industry, Xinyuan Recycled Aluminum, and Xinfeng Cold Continuous Rolling BA Plate. One by one, these projects have been transformed from planning drawings into real construction scenes, laying a solid "ballast stone" for economic growth.

Digital and intelligent transformation of enterprise production. In the Changzhou Stainless Steel Products Industrial Park, in the production workshop of Jinhai Stainless Steel, the entire industrial chain including smelting, rolling, acid processing and cold treatment is operating efficiently, and the achievements of digital transformation have been transformed into the driving force for full production capacity. Entering the Wuzhou Gemstone Artificial Intelligence Technology Collaborative Center in the High-tech Zone of the Guangdong-Guangxi Cooperation Special Pilot Zone (Wuzhou), more than ten artificial intelligence quality inspection machines are neatly lined up. Several high-definition digital imaging machines, in conjunction with AI (artificial intelligence) algorithms, conduct real-time detection of moissanite. Indicators such as color saturation and cutting symmetry are clearly displayed on the screen. Artificial intelligence technology is injecting new transformative forces into traditional manufacturing.

In recent years, our city has accelerated the implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence Plus" initiative, promoting the application of artificial intelligence in various industries. The application of artificial intelligence in the stainless steel and artificial gemstone industries has reached the leading level in the industry, effectively promoting the improvement of enterprise benefits. In the first three quarters of this year, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the city increased by 8.5% year-on-year, accumulating strong momentum for achieving the annual target.

The war drums urge us to forge ahead, and it's time to tackle tough challenges. At present, the entire city is united in its efforts, using the practical results of the fourth quarter to draw a successful conclusion to the 14th Five-Year Plan and lay a solid foundation for the 15th Five-Year Plan, steadily advancing on the journey of high-quality development.
