In the production workshop of Guangxi Hongyi New Materials Co., LTD., this fully automatic digital and intelligent production line is almost deserted. The high-end stainless steel products deep processing project of Hongyi New Materials has applied the company's research and development achievement "Stainless Steel Intelligent Body", achieving intelligent control and operation and maintenance of production equipment. This has led to a comprehensive cost reduction of over 8% in equipment management, maintenance, and spare parts analysis, and a 10% year-on-year decrease in energy consumption after optimization. The overall operational efficiency of the enterprise has achieved a qualitative leap.
