Diligent study and earnest practice consolidate the professional foundation

Wang Wenhui is studying English at Guangdong Polytechnic (formerly Guangdong Coal Industry School ‌‌). At that time, the choice of majors at school was relatively limited, but he always believed that skills were the foundation for standing firm in society. Under the meticulous guidance of teachers like Zhou Zhihua, he systematically mastered professional abilities in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. The past events in class life are still fresh in my memory: In order to improve their English listening skills, all the students in Class 89 of English united as one to strive for electricity in the classroom, and eventually they were able to listen to programs from foreign stations such as VOA and BBC as they wished. The number of articles submitted by the class to the campus radio station has repeatedly reached new highs. The class has won the "Mobile Red Flag" for five consecutive semesters and has become an outstanding collective that attracts the attention of the whole school. His academic experience at school not only honed his professional skills but also cultivated his spirit of hard work and teamwork, laying a solid foundation for his future career.

Innovate to establish a business and practice the spirit of craftsmanship

In Wang Wenhui's view, although the campus and society have different environments, their cores are the same - both require proper methods and all-out efforts. Since founding Jinhai Stainless Steel Enterprise in 1999, he has been deeply involved in the industry for twenty-six years. From the initial sale of stainless steel, to the establishment of a product processing factory, and then extending upstream into the smelting field in 2009, the product layout has been continuously improved. Nowadays, the enterprise has established a complete stainless steel industrial chain covering steelmaking, hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling and high-end product manufacturing, achieving comprehensive independent and coordinated development from raw materials to terminal products. Through continuous technological transformation and innovation over the past four years, the enterprise has been successfully transformed into a "hundred-billion-yuan smart factory" featuring digitalized factories, intelligent equipment, flexible production, and smart decision-making.

Starting a business is no easy feat, and every year brings new challenges.
