On the afternoon of May 23, 2025, Sister Juan, the chairperson of Jinhai Huihuang Group, was invited by the Women's Federation of Wuzhou City to serve as a "Sister GUI" speaker at a university (Wuzhou Vocational College). With the theme of "Fearless in the Trough, with Wisdom at the Peak", she shared her personal experiences with young students to tell them how women have written a splendid chapter for female scientific and technological workers in serving the overall development. A touching story of women contributing their strength to local economic development and industrial upgrading.

Sister Juan's employment advice

It is better to teach a man to fish than to give him a fish. Sister Juan offers six pieces of advice to female college students who are about to enter the workplace:

First, establish a correct outlook on life and be a good person before doing things. Revere life and stay away from pornography, gambling, drugs, theft, robbery and fraud.

Second, understand yourself. Give yourself some patience and time to grow. Deeply analyze yourself, explore your interests, strengths and professional background, choose a career direction that suits you, and formulate your own career plan.

Thirdly, love what you do. Confidence is more important than gold, and passion is worth more than ten thousand pieces of gold. Continuously delving into the same thing is better than frequently changing tracks.

Fourth, choose your career, friends and circle of friends. A straw tied to a cabbage will be as valuable as a cabbage, but tied to a crab will be as valuable as a crab. When choosing your friends or companies, I think it all requires selecting those with positive energy. After all, those who associate with the virtuous become virtuous, and those who associate with the virtuous become wicked.

The fifth point is to have a healthy body, both physically and mentally. Learn to manage your time. Besides working hours, how do you spend the rest of your time? Do your homework! Choose something you like and stick to it to the extreme. Let the trait of persistence grow in yourself. One day, you will become very strong because of your persistence.

Sixth, require yourself to develop the habit of lifelong learning, learn to ask questions, endow yourself with the ability to learn, and make yourself valuable.
