Dear family members, let me first report to you on the growth and achievements of Dajinhai over the past year.

In 2025, we have set the annual business theme of "Renewal and Restart · Year of Intelligent Innovation", guided by the 16-character guideline of "Reducing Waste, Strengthening Review, Budget Management, Embracing Intelligence". All the members of Jinhai Iron Army are full of vigor and determination, striving hard, meeting challenges with tenacity and seeking breakthroughs through innovation, fully promoting the high-quality development of Jinhai.

Ultimately, we "survived" and achieved one success and honor after another:

In 2024, Wuzhou Jinhai's output value exceeded the 10 billion yuan mark for the first time, taking a leapfrog step forward.

In 2024, the high-end stainless steel products deep processing project of Hongyi New Materials was fully advanced. As a key project of the autonomous region, it invested 1.8 billion yuan to build a "three-level intelligent manufacturing system" and create the first fully intelligent "dark factory" in Wuzhou. On August 26, 2025, the first phase of the project was successfully completed and put into operation.

In January 2025, the "Embrace Intelligence" strategy will be implemented, and the local deployment of domestic open-source models such as Qianwen and DeepSeek will be initiated, promoting the AI transformation of the entire production process.

In February 2025, the "ultra-low Emission" green intelligent manufacturing technological transformation project was launched, and the acceptance was completed in September. Since then, Jinhai has entered a new era of green intelligent manufacturing.

In July 2025, the "Mushroom Internet of Things" device management system for Huawei's ecosystem will be launched, enabling real-time control of device operation, automatic early warning, and intelligent diagnosis and maintenance.

In September 2025, a high-efficiency dust removal system for steelmaking will be put into operation, continuously contributing to green, intelligent and high-quality development.

General Manager Wang firmly promises: Jinhai will not cease production and will continue to produce continuously! Because in his heart, he is concerned about the income of every Jinhai employee and the livelihood of every Jinhai family. In his eyes, there is also the confidence of having a far-sighted vision to Pierce through the industry's haze - the Jinhai Iron Army will surely stand firm in the storm and be crowned in the storm.
