​ The "Bagui Honest Family - Family, Enterprise and Community Working Together to Protect Our Home" 2025 Wuzhou City Honest Family, Honest Enterprise and Honest Community Integration and Co-Construction Activity was held at Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., LTD. The activity promotes integrity education into enterprises, families and communities through various forms, further strengthening the integrity defense line of "families, enterprises and communities", and creating a clean and upright favorable environment for serving the high-quality development of the economy and society. Zhang Qinjian, deputy head of the Autonomous Region's Party Committee Inspection Team, inspection commissioner, and deputy head of the Comprehensive Group of the Autonomous Region's Clean Government Office, attended the event. Zhu Yuhong, member of the Party Group and vice chairperson of the Autonomous Region's Women's Federation, attended the event and delivered a speech. Yang Zanbin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee, secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission, and deputy director of the Municipal Clean Government Office, delivered a speech at the event.

The event was jointly organized by the Autonomous Region's Special Task Force for Clean Family Construction, the Special Task Force for Clean Family Construction of Wuzhou City, the Special Task Force for Clean State-owned Enterprise Construction of Wuzhou City, the Special Task Force for Clean Private Enterprise Construction of Wuzhou City, and the Special Task Force for Clean Community Construction of Wuzhou City. The event will be carried out in three stages. In the first stage, the participants visited the 1050mm stainless steel continuous rolling green production line and the centralized control center of Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., LTD., experiencing on the spot the practical achievements of the enterprise in integrating integrity culture into production management. The second stage kicked off in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere with the warm-up video "The Gentle Breeze Nourishes the Wu Family". The leaders of Wuzhou City delivered a speech emphasizing that the construction of integrity is an important guarantee for promoting social harmony and high-quality development. The leader of the Women's Federation of the Autonomous Region pointed out in his speech that the collaboration among families, enterprises and communities is an important path to deepen the construction of integrity.

The subsequent launch ceremony of the "Wu Ai Wu Jia" enterprise family education guidance service station brought the event to a climax. The service station was officially established and presented with family education books, "Service Cards for Bringing Education to Enterprises" and "Warm Family Education Guidance Cards". In the future, it will provide regular and professional family education support for enterprise employees, helping them build a clean family atmosphere and improve the level of family education.

Lu Yanxian, the general manager of Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., LTD., shared on the spot the secrets of the company's founder, Ms. Li Juan, for starting a business and establishing a good family tradition. Li Juan, while leading the enterprise to move forward steadily, also takes care of her family and children. She promotes the stable development of the enterprise with a good family tradition, breaking down the barrier between "family tradition" and "enterprise tradition". This makes the concept of "family and enterprise being structured together" to build a clean defense line clear and concrete, vividly demonstrating the profound connection between a good family tradition and entrepreneurship.

The chorus of "Your Answer" by the employees of the enterprise greatly demonstrates the employees' spirit of striving hard and being positive. It is a powerful adhesive that unites the team strength and shapes the enterprise spirit, enhancing the employees' sense of belonging, honor and participation.

The screening of the micro-short play "Two Gates" with the theme of integrity has further created a cultural atmosphere that values honesty and integrity and upholds a clean and upright atmosphere. Through dramatic conflicts, the audience can directly feel the decisive influence of family traditions and education on an individual's destiny and career success or failure. Its significance lies in serving as a powerful "wake-up call", sounding the alarm in the most direct way and emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the "door of integrity" within the family, which has a very strong educational and deterrent effect.

The poetry recitation "Xijiang Integrity - I Walk with the Clear Breeze Filling Wuzhou" was accompanied by an on-site calligraphy display, which conveyed the profound connotation of integrity culture in an artistic form. It respectively demonstrated how different units such as families, enterprises, and communities have built a line of defense against integrity in different ways, and profoundly expounded the intrinsic connection among "family", "enterprise", and "society" in the construction of integrity.

In the third stage, a special lecture titled "Bringing Integrity to Enterprises and Building Defense Lines - Entrepreneur Growth Classroom" was held. Wei Ying, a family education consultant from Wuzhou City, gave a tour lecture on topics such as clean family traditions and scientific parenting, which was warmly welcomed by the enterprise employees.

This event achieved a deep integration of "honest families + honest enterprises + honest communities" through diverse forms, establishing a cross-field and multi-level integrity co-construction mechanism. It not only enhanced the family education and integrity awareness of enterprise employees, but also injected more and stronger strength into the construction of an honest Wuzhou.
