On September 9th, a research team from Shanghai Steel United visited Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. in Wuzhou City, Guangxi.

Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Jinhai Huichuang Group, was established in 2010 and is located in the Recycled Stainless Steel Products Industrial Park of Wuzhou City, Guangxi. With a registered capital of 400 million yuan, it is one of the key projects of the Wuzhou Municipal Government for the transfer of industries from Guangdong Province and a key industrial enterprise of the autonomous region and Wuzhou City.

The company is equipped with advanced facilities and has a strong technical force. It has joined hands with Shanghai Baosight Software to create a digital production management system, introduced Yuanhai Group to layout a smart park system, and overturned the traditional system of the waste material industry to establish a raw material inspection center. In collaboration with Laimu Technology, we have carried out 24 automated steelmaking renovations on a 1 million-ton smelting production line, the first R6.5m stainless steel four-machine four-flow slab continuous casting production line, a 1050mm stainless steel full continuous rolling green production line, a 1.2 million-ton stainless steel solution strip black skin rolling green production line, a 950AGC cold rolling production line, and a South Korean Samsung oxygen and air separation system. Siemens PLC automatic speed control programmable operating system, IMS multi-functional detector, ISRA surface detector, as well as supporting power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, heating systems, waste acid regeneration environmental protection systems, safety and fire protection facilities, etc., create a "digital smart factory" covering the entire life cycle.

Under the warm reception of General Manager Lu Yanxian and Assistant General Manager Jin Jiefang of Guangxi Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., LTD., the research team from Shanghai Steel United went deep into the production site of the enterprise and learned in detail about the production processes of each link. And the two sides engaged in in-depth dialogue on industry issues.
