It not only set a new industry efficiency record but also demonstrated the vivid practice of Wuzhou's transformation from traditional manufacturing to high-end "intelligent" manufacturing with the intelligent configuration of the first "dark factory" in Wuzhou City.

At the end of the production line, a 10-ton "first roll" of stainless steel coil is quietly placed, highlighting the achievements of the project's breakthrough. According to the person in charge of the enterprise, this project mainly produces 2B plates. Its mass production has filled another gap in Wuzhou's stainless steel products and achieved a qualitative leap in stainless steel plates.

After the launch of Hongyi's products, they can meet the material demands for the deep processing of all stainless steel products, marking a qualitative leap. Previously, our products could only meet the needs of 15% of the product market. However, with the introduction of Hongyi's 2B plates, they can meet the demands of 100% of the product market. Unlike the "steel flood" in the workshop, the intelligent central control room presents a completely different technological landscape. The simple lines and bright light outline a modern feel, and the huge screen projects the production scenes of each link in the workshop in real time. Technicians sit around the computer, their fingertips moving flexibly. Data and images flow, connecting the entire process from uncoiling, winding, steel rolling to automatic bundling and packaging, presenting a vivid scene of the transformation from traditional manufacturing to "intelligent" manufacturing. This is also the first full-process intelligent manufacturing factory in Wuzhou.

It is the fastest and most advanced in equipment in the entire industry. The 18-roll 6-continuous rolling mill is the first of its kind in the entire industry. Our 6-continuous rolling speed reaches 800 meters per minute, and the annealing and solution treatment speed reaches 300 meters.

It is reported that the total investment of Hongyi New Materials project is 2.5 billion yuan. After completion, it will produce 1 million tons of deep-processed stainless steel products annually, and the annual output value can reach 10 billion yuan after reaching full production capacity. By now, Wuzhou has three specifications of 200 series, 300 series and 400 series stainless steel products, namely 950 mm, 1050 mm and 1780 mm, making it one of the few cities in China with a complete range of stainless steel products and greatly enriching the local stainless steel product matrix. The person in charge of the enterprise disclosed that the company plans to start full-scale formal production in mid-September, achieve full production capacity within one and a half months, enter full-load production in December, and strive to exceed 2 billion yuan in output value this year. As the project progresses, the stainless steel industry in Wuzhou is accelerating its extension towards the downstream product and application ends, and moving towards the medium and high end of the value chain, writing a brilliant chapter for "rebuilding an Industrial Wuzhou".
