Take the lead in commanding on-site decision-making

"Everything is arranged, every task is executed, and every matter has a result." This round of equipment inspection was personally deployed by General Manager Lu Yanxian, who provided full guidance on the front line. Through daily progress tracking and special reports, she dynamically sorted out the maintenance nodes of each branch factory and tackled the bottlenecks. He personally went to the front line to supervise the implementation of safety guarantee measures during the maintenance period and repeatedly emphasized: "Safety is the lifeline of production. We must not only rapidly advance the maintenance progress but also do a good job in the full-process closed-loop management." Personally coordinate the final sprint of the ultra-low emission technological transformation and the mid-year equipment maintenance to ensure the timely and ahead of schedule completion of the Jinhai ultra-low emission and green intelligent manufacturing technological transformation project. Personally participated in formulating the resumption and maintenance plan for the substation, and efficiently coordinated and resolved the conflicts between the power supply guarantee for the entire plant's maintenance and the maintenance tasks of the substation itself.

Strict word head inspection and learning unity

On August 10th, to ensure that both equipment performance and production safety meet the standards after resuming production, General Manager Lu Yanxian and Assistant General Manager Jin Jiefang personally led a team, with the participation of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Human Resources Department, Hardware Warehouse, and the heads, safety officers, and assistants to the factory director of each workshop. They conducted a joint inspection in the five major workshops of oxygen production, steelmaking, hot rolling, pickling, and cold rolling. Conduct the final acceptance of equipment maintenance and safety inspections before resumption of work, with a focus on potential safety hazards, equipment operation status, on-site fixed-position management, and environmental hygiene.

Adhering to the inspection principle of "checking for potential hazards with a magnifying glass and observing details with a microscope", we strictly verify from all dimensions including "people, machines, materials, methods and environment". Cross-checking is adopted among each branch factory, which not only completes the equipment inspection within the workshop but also achieves common improvement through cross-workshop exchanges and learning of advanced experiences.
