Fearless in the trough and wise in the peak, the training course specially invited Li Juan, the chairperson of Jinhai Stainless Steel in Wuzhou City, Guangxi, to share her insights. Sister Juan shared her entrepreneurial journey with Mr. Wang in a detailed and unhurried manner, sharing their insights on starting a business together and each performing their own duties. At the same time, she elaborated on the five development stages of Jinhai Stainless Steel, including their iterative growth, corresponding team incentives, and performance management experiences. Sister Juan said that the first thing is to be focused. Choose your personal career, devote all your passion and dedication, and keep doing one thing for a lifetime. You will surely succeed.
