Enterprises are stepping up production, and key projects are also advancing at a fast pace. Recently, a reporter visited the site of the 1 million-ton high-end stainless steel products deep processing project of Hongyi New Materials, which has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. Construction workers were busily carrying out equipment installation, commissioning and other work. So far, about 90% of the total project volume has been completed. This project is a key advancement project of our city's industrial development breakthrough year action. Since its establishment, it has not only continuously played a leading role in expanding effective investment, but also successfully attracted the cooperation intentions of six downstream enterprises, promoting the extension and development of our city's stainless steel industry towards the downstream product end and application end.

After the project goes into production, in terms of employment, we will bring 180 job positions to Wanxiu District, Wuzhou City. The products of the project can promote the continuous and in-depth development of our stainless steel in the industry. Statistics show that from January to May, the added value of the city's industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 9.1% year-on-year, among which the added value of the manufacturing industry rose by 9.8% year-on-year. The city's fixed asset investment increased by 4% year-on-year, and the manufacturing industry of computer communication and other electronic equipment grew by 109.2%. The industrial economy has continued to show a good growth trend.
