The steel furnace refines youth, and the Jinhai Iron Army has added new talents. On July 15th, Jinhai Stainless Steel held the first batch of technical reserve backbone induction training for the 2026 graduating class. Outstanding students from Wuzhou Vocational College, Guizhou Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, and Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College, after going through multiple rounds of selection, gathered here and officially joined the Jinhai family!

Speech by the leader

Pu Chongting, the Human Resources Director of Jinhai Stainless Steel, delivered the opening remarks for this training, extending a warm welcome to the newly joined backbone forces and encouraging the students to share the three core cultures of Jinhai. The first is the campus culture centered on the Golden Sea of Youth. The training program screened two documentaries, "Impression of Jinhai" and "How Steel Was Tempered", leading the students to experience the magnificent journey of Jinhai people forging ahead through thorns and obstacles and their determination to innovate in the interplay of light and shadow. They learned the tenacious character of Jinhai people in breaking through difficulties and pioneering in the tide of The Times, closely connecting their career ideals with the vision of Jinhai.

Corporate culture training

Corporate culture is the spiritual force that propels Jinhai people forward. The Human Resources Department organized a corporate culture training session for the students, providing detailed explanations on the company profile, company systems, and corporate culture, etc., to strengthen their sense of identity and mission in their minds and set the course for their upcoming career paths.

Education on work safety

Work safety is a red line, a bottom line and a lifeline. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department conducted a company-level safety education for the students. The training covered knowledge of safe production, relevant laws and regulations, the company's safety system, and safety operation standards. At the same time, it showed the students cases of safety accidents that occurred in the industry in recent years, using shocking pictures and videos to warn everyone to strictly follow the standards and operate in a standardized manner, and to deeply implant the concept of safe production in their hearts.

Industry knowledge teaching

Industry knowledge is the core skill for standing firm in one's position. The training specially invited Director Liu and two technical experts from Factory Su to give lectures to the students, covering basic knowledge of stainless steel, equipment technology and automatic control and other professional knowledge. The students listened attentively and absorbed nutrients in the ocean of knowledge, laying a solid foundation for integrating into their positions and mastering their "core skills".

Workshop Visit and study

Knowledge is the beginning of action, and action is the completion of knowledge. During the workshop visit, the students followed the pre-planned safety tour route to closely observe the five major production lines of oxygen generation, steelmaking, hot rolling, pickling and cold rolling. They learned about the entire production process of Jinhai Stainless Steel and its advanced intelligent equipment, experienced "how steel is made", and truly felt the sweat and craftsmanship behind the outstanding quality of Jinhai Stainless Steel.
