In midsummer, all things are flourishing. On June 26th, Jinhai Stainless Steel held the new employee onboarding training for the second quarter of 2025, aiming to help new employees accelerate their role transition and better integrate into the team.

At the beginning of the training, all the new employees, with full enthusiasm and high morale, recited the "Jinhai Business Declaration" in unison. Corporate culture training

During the study of the corporate culture section, a comprehensive introduction was given to the development history, production process flow, and rules and regulations of Jinhai Stainless Steel. Through vivid and detailed explanations, they have gained a deeper understanding of Jinhai's unique "home culture, military culture, and campus culture". This not only pointed out the direction for the upcoming work but also laid a solid ideological foundation for their long-term development on this fertile land of Jinhai.

At the same time, one can deeply understand the fighting spirit and tenacious will demonstrated by the Jinhai Iron Army led by Sister Juan and General Manager Wang. It greatly stimulated the sense of honor and belonging of the new Jinhai Iron Army, igniting the surging passion and firm confidence to devote themselves to the Jinhai cause.

Safety training

Safety is the prerequisite for production and also the lifeline for the survival and development of Jinhai Stainless Steel. This three-level safety education and training covers common sense of safe production, operating procedures, work safety, emergency handling skills and other contents, ensuring that every new employee can master the necessary safety protection and emergency response capabilities, striving to achieve that everyone talks about safety and everyone is good at emergency response, and establishing the principle of "safety first". The red line awareness of "prevention first" has laid a solid foundation for safe production.
