As a leading enterprise in the stainless steel industry of our city, Jinhai Stainless Steel continuously releases high-quality production capacity. In March this year, the company was operating at full capacity, setting a new record for monthly output and sales since its establishment. Wang Wenhui, the president of Jinhai Stainless Steel, stated that since the beginning of this year, the company has continuously expanded its market. In the first quarter, both production volume and output value achieved double growth, setting a good start for the entire year's production.

The vigorous production and sales momentum of industrial enterprises is a vivid reflection of the vigorous development of the industrial economy in our city in the first quarter.

Since the beginning of this year, our city has improved and perfected the working mechanism for provincial-level leading cadres to contact and serve key enterprises for stable growth and research and service on the real economy. In the first quarter, the total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the city increased by 8.7% year-on-year, and the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size rose by 9.4% year-on-year. Both the growth rates of output value and added value were higher than those of the entire district. Among them, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size contributed 2.54 percentage points to the growth of GDP, achieving a good start in the operation of the industrial economy.

Gan Lu, deputy director of the Wuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, said that on the basis of a good start in the first quarter, the bureau will continue to focus on projects and expand investment in the second quarter. After the first phase of the project was completed and put into operation at the end of last year, the company immediately initiated the second phase of the first project in the spring of this year and has been steadily advancing it in accordance with the schedule.
