On April 30th, Principal Lin of Pinglang Primary School, along with a group of teachers and students, entered the Jinhai Stainless Steel Production Park to carry out the interesting industrial research and learning activity titled "Exploring the Steel Forged through Repeated Smelting and Decoding Digital Jinhai". From the classroom to the intelligent manufacturing factory, the students, filled with curiosity and anticipation, explored together the mystery of "how steel is tempered" in digital and intelligent enterprises!

Ms. Li Juan, the chairperson of Jinhai Huihuang Group, warmly welcomed Ms. Lin Jianyun, the secretary of the Party branch and the principal, as well as the teachers and students to Jinhai for an experience trip on how steel is forged. I hope everyone can gain two points from Jinhai today: First, use your eyes to observe Jinhai's advanced intelligent equipment and technological processes; Second, experience with your heart the three major corporate cultures of Jinhai: campus culture, military culture and home culture.

And I would like to offer three words of advice to the students: First, learn the ability to ask questions and keep an exploratory heart. Second, only by observing the world can one have a worldview. Reading ten thousand books is not as good as traveling ten thousand miles. Going out is learning, going out is growth. Just like today, leaving the campus and entering Jinhai is a kind of growth. Third, choose something you like and stick to it to the extreme. Let the trait of persistence grow in yourself. One day, students will become very strong because of their persistence.

Exploration refines steel through repeated tempering

When the "How the steel was tempered" in books enters reality, and when the cold machinery meets the passionate craftsmanship, what kind of chemical reaction will occur? The students put on safety helmets and transformed into "little engineers", entering the 1050mm full continuous rolling green production line and the centralized control center, as well as the 1.2 million-ton stainless steel solid solution green production line with a thirst for knowledge.

The engineers elaborated on the production process in detail, and the students took notes carefully. They felt up close the fiery red steel billets meandering and stretching on the production line like a giant dragon, and the data flood in the centralized control center surging and leaping on the smart screen. They were amazed by the precise operation of the mechanical arm.

Decode the golden sea of digital intelligence

By watching the two documentaries, "How the Steel Was Tempered" and "Impression Jinhai", the students once again experienced the wonderful journey of stainless steel production in an immersive way. The documentary, with its stunning audio-visual language, fully presents the magnificent transformation from raw materials to finished products. Every link embodies the innovative wisdom of Jinhai. It not only allows students to appreciate the precision and grandeur of modern manufacturing, but also sows the seeds of exploring the mysteries of industry in their hearts.
