Guangxi Xihui Tiancheng Technology Co., LTD., which has entered the High-tech Zone of the Guangdong-Guangxi Cooperation Special Pilot Zone (Wuzhou), has applied artificial intelligence throughout its entire production line. The production administrator only needs to set the parameters of the production line, and the moissanite can be precisely manufactured according to the preset standards. Both the appearance and internal performance reach an extremely high level, and the entire process does not require excessive human intervention. Now, it can produce 3 million carats of Moissanite per month. The company's exploration of the "artificial intelligence +" innovative development model has injected key impetus into the enterprise's development.

The company currently holds 8 invention patents, over 20 utility model patents and design patents. Among them, the artificial intelligence quality inspection machine used in the quality inspection process is independently developed by the company, which has greatly improved production efficiency. Currently, the quality inspection equipment can complete the quality inspection of 100,000 carats of Moissanite in a day. Compared with manual operation, the efficiency has increased by more than five times, and the production capacity has also increased by more than 40% compared with last year. The Guangdong-Guangxi Cooperation Special Pilot Zone (Wuzhou) is an important platform for our city to receive industrial transfer from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As of March this year, a total of 2,087 enterprises have been registered, promoting cross-provincial industrial transfer cooperation and complementary advantages. The proportion of enterprises settled in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has reached 85%. Last year, the park improved the list management mechanism for key matters of "efficiently completing one thing", intensified the reform of "one-stop handling, cross-provincial handling, and commitment approval", enhanced the efficiency of joint review and approval, and implemented "one enterprise, one policy" and all-round precise services for the enterprises (projects) under its jurisdiction.
