Executive speech

Mr. Li Zhigang, General Manager of the Group, delivered a speech for the training. Mr. Li first warmly welcomed the students to join, and pointed out that we must choose industries with development potential and large platforms like Jinhai Stainless Steel. Mr. Li introduced the development status and industry prospects of the stainless steel industry from a macro perspective, introduced the brilliant development process of Jinhai Stainless Steel, the corporate culture and future prospects of "army, campus and home" as the core, so that students were more confident. General Manager Li put forward four expectations and requirements to the students: first, to quickly complete the role transformation from students to professionals; Second, keep learning; Third, integrate into the corporate culture and actively participate in the company's activities; Fourth, we must work with integrity and be critical of all bad behavior. The training arranged a viewing session, and played the documentaries "Impression of Gold Sea" and "Steel is so tempered". Through two documentaries let the students personally experience the struggle footprints and unyielding will of Jinhai people. With fresh and real lens language, the students travel through time and space to review the company's arduous journey from scratch and from small to large, as well as the company's fearless courage and continuous innovation spirit shown by Jinhai people in the face of difficulties under the leadership of Sister Juan and General Wang. The students were deeply touched by the company's magnificent development process. My heart is full of boundless longing and enthusiasm for my future career.

Corporate culture training

From the company's development history, strategic planning, to the in-depth analysis of corporate culture, and then to the detailed introduction of daily management system and production process, the students have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the company from an all-round and multi-angle, and have a deeper understanding of Jinhai's corporate culture, core values and various rules and regulations. The mastery of this knowledge helps them build a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise, while enhancing their sense of belonging and identity, laying a solid foundation for their future career.

Safety training

Safety is the premise of production and the lifeline of sustainable development of enterprises. The Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection conducted three levels of education safety training at the company level, from basic safety knowledge to watching videos of safety accident cases, to ensure that each student can deeply understand the principle of "safety first, prevention first", establish a solid safety awareness, master the necessary emergency disposal skills, and protect the safety work in the future.

Industry knowledge training

In order to allow students to enter the work faster, the company specially arranged technical experts such as Director Liu and Su Chang for students to enter the industry knowledge training. With rich practical experience, the two experts shared the basic knowledge of stainless steel, stainless steel equipment technology and automatic control, stainless steel application and production process and other aspects of content, explaining the deep and simple, so that students can broaden their new horizons. Quickly supplement stainless steel industry knowledge.

Workshop visit
