In 2024, the Group has formulated the business theme of "digital Intelligence Management • Enterprise Depth Year", marking the key stage of extracting value from data and accelerating the reconstruction of enterprise value after the transformation of "four major projects". We continue to deepen the digital intelligence, consolidate the four modernizations, and carefully cultivate the new era of "digital intelligence Jinhai".

In the first half of the year, Jinhai Stainless Steel successfully passed the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "digital transformation maturity 3-star" authoritative certification standard, opened a new chapter of intelligent manufacturing; Won the Guangxi Department of Industry and Information Technology identified as "leading enterprise", "chain leading enterprise" award; Won the honor of "Guangxi Smart Factory Demonstration Enterprise" recognized by Guangxi Industry and Information Technology Department;

But the pace of progress did not stop, from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, from the first step to every step, forward is our only choice. On May 15, we launched the fifth project "Hony New Project". Today, the Hony New project is in full swing.

The achievements are not easy, and the scenes are also inspiring, but in fact, I wrote that this is also afraid, because the achievements only represent the past. Family members all know that today's economic downturn, it is more and more difficult to earn money, all walks of life have also appeared different degrees of contraction, Jinhai is no exception. The good news has not come long, but the bad news is piling up: the war continues, the market is not confident, the interest rate on bank deposits continues to fall, unemployment cuts and pay delays are common, college graduates are unemployed, prices are rising, the cost of living is increasing..... We are also more and more volume, volume work, volume children, volume grades, volume savings, in short, all kinds of difficult! But, the family, at least we China is not war, our family still have a job in Jinhai, quite below, we are very lucky and happy that group of people, right! Therefore, the volume swept by the present, save more money, less speculation, reduce dimension consumption, avoid unemployment, firm self, adhere to the original heart, do not idle, not confused in the volume, not lying flat in the sink, so that we can get better and better!

This year is the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Jinhai, I remember on the 25th birthday, Wang Zong shared with us three things that Jinhai has done in the past 25 years and described three things that Jinhai will do in the future, here, it is worth sharing with you, if you can let the dear family have a little harvest, then this letter is worth it.

What three things have the people of Gimhae done in the last 25 years?

First thing: What no one else wants to do!

In 1999, started a business, was a colleague at that time he did not want to do do not want to contract, Juan sister and I went to contract this unit, is this business up; In terms of talent recruitment, when others are poaching, we are going to the school to recruit graduates to train talents. These are things that no one else wants to do!

Second thing: What no one else wants to do!

In 2003 we opened 32 stores all over the country to sell our products. In 2005-2006, we wanted to do the export of pipe products, no experience, we recruited a team to do it, and it took two years to explore and make it; To import scrap during the pandemic in 2021. These are things that no one else wants to do!

Third thing: What no one else can do!

We Wuzhou Jinhai began to make steel on June 28, 2012, and purchased tens of thousands of tons of nickel-iron in March 2021, when we made steel, it fell by several hundred yuan, a loss of several hundred yuan for one ton, and tens of thousands of tons of losses of tens of millions of yuan, which is the first event.

The second incident is the Yulin gold, we ordered hundreds of thousands of tons of laterite nickel ore in March 2014, we were put into production in September, but in September, it has fallen by tens of dollars, hundreds of thousands of tons of ore fell by tens of dollars/ton, plus the customs value-added tax at that time is 17%, we lost more than one billion yuan on this vote.

The third event is the most recent in 2021, when we received about 100,000 tons of orders, the result of the national stainless steel prices skyrocketed, I remember 201 rose to more than 10,000 yuan. You know what? How much do we charge the client? The average selling price is well below 10,000 yuan, which means that for every ton of goods we deliver, we will lose two or three thousand yuan.

These accounts add up to more than three hundred million!

So how do we do that? We didn't bet a cent on the supplier! Not a dime less! We didn't raise the customer a cent on the goods we should have submitted! Also not short supply customers a catty of goods! This is what many people think is impossible, it is very difficult to do, but Kim Hai still did it! Because in our hearts there is a belief: the spirit of contract must be done! So it's easy!

What are three things people in Gimhae will do in the next 25 years?

First thing: We will do the right thing!

As you know, we have always been based on our main business stainless steel, stainless steel is our, at least I and Juan sister to do things in this life. Is Juan sister put forward the "four one" : a lifetime, one thing, always do, must become!

Number two: Do the hard thing!

Some people may say to us: Why do the hard thing when there is something easy to do?

Family, the development of the industry to today, the peers are all swords and arrows to come, and now can still stay in this market competition entrepreneurs and enterprises are eight, nine masters, want to foothold, you say there will be easy things?

Since we know it's impossible, let's base ourselves on the hard stuff! This is exactly the belief that we have developed in the past 25 years: there is no difficulty, what do you want us to do!

This is what we Jinhae people have believed for the past 25 years, because we have a foothold because of difficulties! What do you want us to do without difficulty? As long as the direction is right, no matter how difficult it is to complete!

Family, the future competition depends on the mentality, to be patient, to know that this is an era of fighting encounters, must have a good mentality!

Third thing: Do things that take time to accumulate!

Our four major technical transformation projects were completed at the end of last year. The quality of Jinhai has reached a higher level, but has the quality of Jinhai made customers very satisfied and exceeded their expectations? The improvement of quality, as well as some changes in our business model, to bring value to customers will take some time, and we need to insist on doing it, without distractions, to the end! This is not a matter of one day or two days, or one year or two years, this matter needs time to accumulate, and it cannot be achieved overnight!

If we Jinhai people can do these three things well in the future, "do the right thing, do the hard thing, do the thing that takes time to accumulate", Jinhai this enterprise can have a foothold, I hope we can do these three things! Based on these three points, Jinhai has invested in another extension project this year, the purpose is still from the perspective of customer needs: how do we continue to bring value to customers? If we have no way to bring value to customers, customers will not pay for our inaction!

Family, this is what Jinhai is doing, gather a group of people with feelings and righteousness, do a valuable and meaningful thing! Thinking of danger, thinking of progress, thinking of change, walking constantly! No flower is a flower from the beginning, and every gorgeous blooming flower has gone through a long and arduous process from seed to seedling, to strong growth and finally blooming!
