Modern industrial enterprises were built on the loess

In 1999, Wang Wenhui, who was engaged in the sales of stainless steel products, decided to transform to production and set up Guangdong Jinhai Brilliant Group Co., Ltd. in Foshan, Guangdong, focusing on the production of stainless steel decorative pipe products. Ten years, the enterprise production line from 4 to 138, employees from 20 to more than 1,300 people, the market from domestic to international, from a single brand to a multi-brand strategy, from the agency system to direct chain stores, in 2008 ushered in the peak of the career.

In 2009, in the face of the sudden tightening of steel raw materials, Wang Wenhui smelled new business opportunities from the crisis, and conceived the idea of developing to the upstream industry. Therefore, he resolutely came to Wuzhou from Foshan, Guangdong Province, and set the location of the stainless steel production project in the outskirts of Changzhou District. In the preparatory stage, he personally fought, led the staff to open up the land, hard work more than 200 days and nights. In June 2012, a modern stainless steel factory was finally built on a piece of loess, and 1 million tons of recycled stainless steel steelmaking production line began to put into operation. This is also the first company in Wuzhou stainless steel products Industrial Park to enter and put into production, and created the "Wuzhou speed" that was put into production in the same year and reached the standard in the same year, creating a short process stainless steel industry chain.

Create stainless steel industry "ten billion smart factory"

Innovation is the guarantee of sustainable development of enterprises. Wang Wenhui has always insisted on leading the development with innovation, breaking through the bottleneck, and ensuring the strong development momentum of the enterprise.

In 2014, due to the soaring cost of raw materials, the original supplier of stainless steel steelmaking raw material nickel-iron went bankrupt, resulting in a shortage of raw materials. Wang Wenhui resolutely in Yulin City to build a nickel iron plant to "self-rescue". Subsequently, the nickel iron plant entered the capital market, was listed on the New Third Board, and was successfully acquired by Guangxi Liugang Group in 2018, setting up a model of integration between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. At this point, from the downstream to the upstream of the industrial chain, from stainless steel pipe to stainless steel smelting, Wang Wenhui established a long process of stainless steel whole industrial chain operation of the group enterprise.

In 2017, under the background of vigorously cracking down on "strip steel" and eliminating backward production capacity across the country, Wang Wenhui took the initiative to inspect enterprise production and resolutely achieved legal compliance. He fully demonstrated the stainless steel recycling process of enterprises in the park, promoted the "seven projects, three battles", and walked out of a unique road of clean, green, environmental protection and high-quality development.

In recent years, Wang Wenhui has led the enterprise to carry out comprehensive upgrading and transformation, and launched the construction of four major technical transformation projects, investing more than 2 billion yuan. In December 2022, the green production phase of 1.2 million tons of stainless steel solid solution and products including 2 fully automated solid solution pickling production lines was completed and put into operation, which is expected to add 7 billion yuan of industrial output value. At this point, Jinhai Company stainless steel refining, rolling, acid, cold four technical transformation projects have been fully completed, to promote the extension of Wuzhou stainless steel industry chain and stainless steel industry transformation and upgrading has played a great role in promoting.

In addition, Wang Wenhui also innovated Shangma Jinhai stainless steel production digital system project, through the construction of "industrial brain", to achieve wisdom. Today, enterprises have created a "ten billion smart factory" with digitization of factories, intelligent equipment, flexible production and intelligent decision-making.

Integrity is Wang Wenhui always adhere to the creed. From 2014 to 2015, steel raw material prices fell into a trough. Just before the production of the enterprise has purchased 440,000 tons of red soil ore, it could have canceled some orders and placed a new order at the current low price, but Wang Wenhui insisted on taking delivery according to the original contract, and therefore won the trust of suppliers. In 2016, the price of stainless steel, which had been depressed for 5 years, skyrocketed, but he still shipped on time according to the original contract. Keep good faith, legal business, so that Wang Wenhui won the unanimous recognition and trust of downstream customers and upstream suppliers.

Heavy friendship also won a good reputation for Wang Wenhui. He spends millions of yuan every year to train tens of thousands of people, solve the employment problem of more than 2,000 people, and cultivate more than 100 outstanding entrepreneurs in the industry, which is known as the "Jinhai Iron Army" that cannot be beaten by the industry.

While caring for employees, Wang Wenhui has always been enthusiastic about social causes such as education. Jinhai Company and Wuzhou College set up "Jinhai Scholarship", donated 90,000 yuan to help students from poor families complete their studies. In the past five years, Wang Wenhui and his enterprises have donated more than 10 million yuan in public welfare undertakings such as targeted poverty alleviation Action, epidemic prevention and control, caring for left-behind children and lonely elderly people.

As the president of Wuzhou Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, Wang Wenhui put Guangdong businessmen doing business in Wuzhou as relatives and family members generally united.
