First, clear your thinking, clear your work goals, and always tighten the safety string. All workshops (departments) should implement the new development concept, in accordance with the idea of "scientific and technological support, highlighting key points, layers of supervision, and eliminating hidden dangers", and use modern management methods to implement safety work.

Second, we should take multiple measures to strengthen the safety process monitoring of each workshop (department). All accidents have management omissions, but also measures are not in place, a point and instant sloppiness will lead to accidents, so we should reflect on the accident, focus on strengthening process control.

Third, ensure the safety of employees' lives. Safety management is one of the key work of our company, which is closely related to the survival and development of the enterprise, no matter which factory, which department, to high standards, strict requirements, manage the details.

Fourth, we must strictly assess the cash. In 2024, the company further builds the foundation of production safety management and improves the safety management system, so as to form a safety production atmosphere of employees' self-pressure, self-improvement, self-management and mutual supervision, and improve the safety production assessment system. As long as there is a safety production accident, it must be strictly assessed and settled according to the company's relevant assessment methods and systems.

Che Haojie of the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection reviewed and summarized the work of safety production in 2023, and formulated a safety production management plan in 2024. It is mainly required that all workshops (departments) identify and control safety risks according to the "Judgment Standard for Major production Safety accidents in Industry and Trade Industry (2023 version) Emergency Ministry Order No. 10" and "Industrial and Trade Enterprises Limited Space Operation Safety Regulations" (Order No. 13), and strengthen safety warning education for employees at monthly meetings, weekly meetings and pre-shift meetings. Improve the safety of all employees and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

Subsequently, Lu Yanxian, the general manager of the company, signed a safety production responsibility letter with the heads of all workshops (departments) on behalf of the company to clarify the safety production responsibility.
