According to the requirements of the July work theme of "semi-annual performance report + Equipment support month", in order to strengthen the maintenance and overhaul management of new equipment after the four modernizations, workshops and teams carried out "equipment support PK activities".


 

On July 12, General Manager Lu, Deputy General Manager Lin, General Assistant Jin, Director Pu, workshop directors, supervisors and equipment support personnel representatives gathered hot rolling centralized control center and hot rolling production line site to visit, and equipment support PK activity was officially launched.

The general manager of Jinhai Stainless Steel attended the launch ceremony of the "Equipment protection pk activity", and Mr. Lu required that the fine management should be consolidated and gradual, and the workshop teams should continue to promote the fine, institutionalized and standardized management of the equipment. This activity is determined to focus on equipment purging, including equipment spot inspection, daily maintenance, equipment failure rate and other contents of the PK program, at the same time in each first-line workshop.

After one and a half months of equipment support PK activity promotion, in order to achieve the expected effect of the activity, the evaluation team continued to carry out 3 stages of acceptance evaluation.

Inspection team led by General Lu, General Lin led by factory directors, supervisors for on-site equipment ash accumulation, marking, fixing and other problems in a timely manner to urge rectification inspection; Check the phenomenon of mixed placement of spare parts and failure to report wear and take relevant measures in the first time; As well as the spare parts "ash stranded", low turnover rate, excessive consumption and other conditions to do a detailed survey, to ensure that every doubt must be checked, there is a mistake will be corrected, in strict accordance with the substandard and determined not to let go of the acceptance standards implemented, with a firm belief that one thing has been done, truly and effectively ensure the operation of equipment.

After the first acceptance, all departments benchmarked the advanced units of equipment management of the company, found gaps, checked deficiencies, seized rectification, promoted improvement, and constantly promoted the refinement and intelligence level of equipment management.

On August 18, after a month and a half, the acceptance of equipment assurance activities came to a perfect end, focusing on hidden areas and difficult areas, equipment clean and bright, the scene is clean and orderly, health does not leave dead corners, and the logo is clear and standardized, under the leadership of the company's inspection team and the workshop director and supervisor, the management is non-stop, adding new impetus to the promotion of lean management.


 

After the comprehensive evaluation of the company's evaluation team, the equipment support PK activity selected a company-level pacesetter unit, the internal equipment support PK of the workshop unit, and selected 5 second-level pacesetter units.

Through this "equipment support PK activity", we hope that all workshops will continue to maintain the stage results achieved, continue to adhere to equipment support, transform good equipment support habits into literacy, comprehensively improve 6S, deeply promote lean management, and achieve high-quality development of Jinhai with the help of digital power!
