In June 2021, I was invited to participate in the commencement ceremony of "Jinhai Stainless Steel 1050mm Continuous Rolling Project", and took the initiative to help solve the difficulties of logistics transportation, timely delivery of key equipment and epidemic management of debugging personnel during the construction of the project, so as to effectively ensure the trial production of the automated production line project in October 2022.

Differential guidance to enhance the determination of enterprise transformation. The task force focuses on the analysis of Jinhai Company's operating cost composition, blocking points and pain points in recent years, and proposes to promote the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry with digital empowerment. Under the development trend of emerging technologies, the task force is keenly aware that accelerating the transformation and upgrading process of smart factories is the right choice for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. On January 26, 2022, the task force took the initiative to preach industrial policies of industrial Internet, big data and electronic information, robots and intelligent equipment to enterprises, and comprehensively and clearly demonstrated the development direction and related supporting measures of the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in the country and autonomous region. We will do our best to guide enterprises to implement differentiated and healthy competition development, accelerate the opening up of all links of production, sales and logistics, and build smart factories to realize the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

Industry leads, firm enterprise investment perseverance. In order to actively and prudently promote the construction of intelligent factory, the work team has had early contact, consultation and recommendation with a number of informatization leading enterprises and teams such as Baoxin and Radium. After several rounds of investigation, negotiation and negotiation, Jinhai officially signed a contract with Baoxin Software, a leading enterprise in metallurgical industry information solutions, on March 2, 2022. A total of 100 million yuan has been invested to carry out informatization and digital reconstruction in production, circulation and other links, and build an integrated production management system of production, supply and marketing control, which marks a substantial step forward for the digital workshop of Jinhai Intelligent Factory. In order to fully realize the industry leadership, Jinhai will continue to explore deep cooperation with leading enterprises such as China Mobile and Huawei, and increase the development and application of intelligent scenarios through 5G, big data, AI and other technologies, so as to use the new generation of information technology to empower enterprise management. Nowadays, the production and operation of enterprises from raw materials to finished products can organize production and logistics transportation according to the order, build a consistent management system of quality design and production organization, realize the digitization of production process, information management process and intelligent management decision-making, truly create a model of the deep integration of a new generation of information technology and industrial enterprises, and break out a road of high quality development.

On October 27, 2022, Jinhai Stainless Steel just-in-time production intelligent control system was officially launched in Jinhai Company. During the trial operation, the monthly production capacity exceeded 100,000 tons from 70,000 tons, and the average casting cycle of continuous casting was shortened by 2.5 minutes. At present, the digital production management system of Jinhai (including 20 subsystems) realizes the standardization, modularization and serialization of material preparation, manufacturing, quality control, assembly, warehousing, logistics and other aspects. Manufacturing process 100% automation, testing 100% online, logistics intelligent order, to achieve the "professional concentration, consistent process, efficient collaboration, comprehensive control" information implementation effect.

With the improvement and upgrading of hardware and software, Jinhai's high-quality development has taken off. Production efficiency and product quality have been greatly improved, while operating costs and resource consumption have been continuously reduced. The total industrial output value of Jinhai Company is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan in 2022, making a new breakthrough in the high-end, intelligent and green development of Wuzhou stainless steel industry, which also lays a solid foundation for the task force to complete the goal of "cultivating two ten-billion enterprises in two years' service".
