Dear family members, I will report to you about Da Jinhai's work in the past year. At the beginning of 2022, the group formulated the great mission of "rebuilding an excellent Jinhai", and continued to promote the four major technological transformation projects of Jinhai that will maintain its technological leadership in the next ten years. The project has invested more than 2 billion yuan so far, which is the greatest project of Jinhai. It is also a project related to the survival of Jinhai, and it is also a project related to whether there is still a place for Jinhai in the head position of the stainless steel smelting industry in the future. Jinhai Tiejun has lived up to the times and its mission, and the projects have been launched one after another:

1. In March, the first 4-machine 4-strand slab continuous casting machine (Project No. 1) in the stainless steel industry was put into production;

2. In March, Jinhai's 240,000-ton cold-rolled first phase (Project No. 3) was completed and put into production;

3. The project of 1.2 million tons of solid solution green production line with black skin rolling (Project No. 4), the earthwork operation will be completed by the end of 2021, and the construction of the plant frame is about to be completed.

4. On August 18, 2022, the Jinhai 1050mm stainless steel full-continuous rolling green production line (Project No. 2) was completed and put into production amid much anticipation. Good news spreads frequently, and the sea of ​​gold is boiling! The Jinhai Iron Army high-fives each other, hugs each other and weeps! It is really not easy for my family. I am proud of Jinhai people. Finally, I have created a project that represents the technical benchmark of the industry and the signboard of Jinhai gold lacquer! I am proud of the Jinhai Iron Army. After going through all kinds of difficulties and doubts, I finally stood tall in the high ground of stainless steel technology!

Upgrades don't stop at hardware. At the beginning of 2022, we launched the construction of Jinhai stainless steel production management information system project, which is also this year's super project. On August 19th, the demand research and data acquisition stage review work has been completed, and the project is planned to be fully launched in January 2023. In addition to the transformation of 19 automation projects in steelmaking, the "integration of production and sales, integration of management and control, and integration of business and finance" will be fully realized in operation and management, which will further improve the efficiency of product research and development, operation and management, and accelerate the entry into the era of Jinhai Intelligent Manufacturing. .

In addition, on August 8, the group's 2,200-ton dry bulk ships "Sunac No. 001" and "Sunac No. 002" also set sail smoothly, and the waterway logistics of Jinhaihuihuang Group was officially opened! With the addition of "Sunac No. 003", a large-scale transportation capacity will be formed quickly, and the excellent brand service and high-quality product output of Jinhai Stainless Steel will help the logistics force of Jinhai Road!

In the next step, we will continue to promote the technological transformation of Jinhai Stainless Steel's automation, informatization, and intelligence, and use intelligent equipment, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things and other high-tech technologies to build a digital factory, intelligent equipment, flexible production, and intelligent decision-making.
