Wuzhou Jinhai's digital production management project was officially launched on March 2, 2022. After multiple links such as launch, publicity, mobilization, research, drafting, and optimization, it took 150 days and finally passed the requirements design review. During the period, a total of 155 demand design exchanges were held, and 1,518 people were actually attended, and a total of 31 demand design specification documents were formed; a total of 216 key codes, a total of 91 meeting memos; a total of 124 external interface messages; key issues tracking There are 53 items in the table.
