On March 22, 2022, the completion and commissioning ceremony of Jinhai Stainless Steel's 240,000-ton cold-rolled first-phase production line was held in Jinhai Stainless Steel's D District. The Jinhai Stainless Steel 240,000-ton cold-rolled first-phase production line project is a major measure for the company to comprehensively upgrade the equipment level, strengthen the entire industry chain, and pursue higher-quality development. The main equipment of the 240,000-ton cold rolling project includes 8 reversible AGC cold rolling mills, 6 continuous intelligent bright annealing furnaces, and corresponding supporting facilities. The model adopts full hydraulic automatic thickness control (AGC) technology, and is equipped with advanced detection instruments such as high-precision X-ray thickness gauge and American MTS displacement sensor. The roll gap, pressure, thickness, tension and speed are all automatically controlled. The products produced Better surface quality, higher thickness accuracy and lower unit energy consumption. The overall automation of the project is high, the energy consumption is low, and the production efficiency is high.

The 240,000-ton cold-rolled project is put into operation, which will further enrich Wuzhou Jinhai's product structure, improve product quality, provide customers with more technical and high-quality products, and provide more cost-effective products for Wuzhou's stainless steel deep processing industry.

At the completion and commissioning ceremony, Mr. Wang Wenhui, the president of the group, delivered a speech.
