51BXG: From the time I contacted Jinhai and Zhongjin, I saw that your friends affectionately call you "Sister Juan", including President Wang, who often call you that. Excuse me, does this have any special meaning?

Li Juan: Maybe this is the respect my friends have for me, the nickname for me! Jinhai is a big family, my family is brothers and sisters from all over the world, and I am the big sister and the big parent in this big family.

51BXG: As far as I know, Sister Juan, you used to be a doctor who saved lives and healed the wounded, and you are in a very good profession. Excuse me, why did you choose stainless steel?

Li Juan: Haha, there is a saying in Cantonese: marrying a chicken follows a chicken, marrying a dog follows a dog. I fell in love with the stainless steel industry because of Mr. Wang. I want to fight side by side with him and go through all the failures and honors together.

51BXG: From Jinhai to CICC, all we see are vigorous teams and excellent entrepreneurial spirit. I also know, Sister Juan, if you focus on corporate management and corporate culture construction, can you share with us the stainless steel industry? and management experience in this process.

Li Juan: Behind every mouthful of honey is the watering of sweat, management, and strong culture are all about hard work and perseverance. Everyone has inexhaustible potential. In the company, I promote a longboard culture, so that everyone can bring out the best qualities.

At the same time, the "simple" culture, the "dry" culture, and the "result" culture are our roots. Today, Dajinhai's team is united, hardworking, strong in execution, perseverance, with its own engine, strong self-driving force, professional talent, management data, and product branding. The corporate culture has been deeply rooted in Dajinhai.

51BXG: In January this year, CICC's "three-year performance commitment period ended." I saw that Sister Juan used "graduation" to describe her speech at the handover meeting with Liugang. Excuse me, why is this?

Li Juan: I take commitment very seriously, and I am used to doing what I say. He Liugang's performance promise is very big, how hard it is, how many trials and hardships it has experienced can only be understood, just like going through the college entrance examination.

In the end, the task is successfully completed, the promise is fulfilled, and the graduation is honored.

51BXG: Whether it is Gimhae or CICC, the road to entrepreneurship is always difficult. I heard that Sister Juan has not worn a skirt for 5 years. On a rainy day, the road to the factory is muddy, wearing a straw hat and rain boots, without the slightest complaint. On the way from Guangxi to Guangdong, you get off the car with unbearable back pain. Slow down... What is it that supports you, no matter how hard or tired you are, you will endure so that Zhongjin and Jinhai can become butterflies?

Li Juan: The road you choose, you have to walk all the way down on your knees.

51BXG: I heard from everyone that Sister Juan felt that she owed her children something because she was busy with the "stainless steel business". However, as far as I know, Sister Juan's children are very good. Do you have any experience that you can share with us on the balance between career and family, especially in raising children?

Li Juan: When my son was 8 years old, President Wang and I left him and went to Guangxi to start a business. He became the last left-behind child who should not be a left-behind child.

But children are also our great cause, and we believe that companionship is love. In CICC, I always fly to work, I go back to Foshan on Saturday and back to Longtan on Sunday night, so that I can spend the night with my son.

For my son's growth, we use experiential growth. It's ups and downs. His life needs to be experienced by himself. What I do most is to sow the seeds of love for him, trust the child, let go, and let the child love him. own dream, persistent and firm.

51BXG: We often hear that Da Jinhai is a Whampoa Military Academy. Many Jinhai people who came out of this "Whampoa Military Academy" have become elites in the stainless steel industry chain, but they all "remain true to their original aspirations". What's going on here? The secret?

Li Juan: Perhaps, this has a lot to do with the kindness, love and gratitude of the people of Jinhai. Being in the position, taking responsibility, doing my best, and trying my best to create a stage for Jinhai partners, this is the original intention of Mr. Wang and I, and it has never changed. We hope that the little friends will grow up every day in Dajinhai, and they will all learn their true skills. As for where they are, it is not the most important thing. The important thing is that the little friends can realize the value of life and live their own life. Wonderful.

Sister Juan is a career-oriented woman who can't rest. She travels around Guangdong and Guangxi all the year round. Therefore, it is not easy to meet her. Often, "it is better to meet by chance". Just when she finally got free to answer the author's question, it was already 12:30 in the morning, when she just returned to the hotel...
